Is everything secondhand?
Mostly. We’re selective: new with tags, like-new, barely worn, standout vintage and pieces actually worth passing along.

Do you ship outside Canada?
Yep. We ship within Canada and the U.S. International shipping is available by quote.

How long before my order ships?
Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Tracking is sent once your order is on the way.

Are reworked pieces one of a kind?
Yes. Reworks are individually created and numbered. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Can I send you clothes to sell?
Maybe. The Unhinged Closet accepts select pieces on consignment. We’re picky on purpose.

How does consignment work?
When your piece sells, you choose what happens next:
40% cash
40% donated to a cause you choose
50% shop credit

Can I just donate my clothes?
Absolutely. We accept select donations through The Unhinged Closet. When they sell, 40% goes to the charity or cause you choose.

Where does the GIVEBACK money go?
It depends on the project. Each initiative will tell you exactly what it supports. As money starts moving, so will the receipts.

What is Mini Unhinged?
A place for young artists to create, rework and sell their own pieces.
80% goes to the mini artist.
20% helps cover shipping and keeps Mini Unhinged running.
